The Southern Cruisers Riding Club was founded in 1998.  We are getting ready to have our 10th anniversary in 2008.  See the Officers Page here. 

Chapter 193 was founded by Bubba Strawn and a bunch of stalwart riders in 2002 and has emerged as one of the most adventurous riding groups in the Mid-South area. 

Our favorite thing is long overnight rides, often to the various state rallies run by the SCRC.  In 2007 we visited the Georgia and Florida state rallies, and members rode to South Florida, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky and other states.  We visited the Birmingham Motorcycle Museum, the Little Sturgis Rally and other attractions. 

In 2008 we visited the Tennessee, Florida and Georgia rallies and the Montgomery Space Museum, and members rode to Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, South Dakota, Montana, Nebraska, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky and other states

We also ride locally many weekends of the year, and have dinner rides and other social events.
